数据库介绍：
1. 简介：英国土木工程师学会（The Institution of Civil Engineers，ICE）成立于1818年，是经皇室授权的非盈利性组织。ICE致力于促进和推动全球土木工程行业的发展，在全球164 个国家拥有9万多名会员。英国土木工程师协会出版社（ICE publishing）成立于1836年，主要出版土木工程及建筑领域的各种书籍和期刊，内容包括专家意见、前沿研究和规范等。ICE的出版物旨在帮助英国土木工程师协会完成土木工程和建筑领域的知识传播和规范。英国土木工程协会电子图书馆，收录了35中同行评审期刊；36000余篇网络论文，每年发布论文1800余篇；超过1530本电子书，每年新增约25本电子书。

3. 校外访问方式：数据库支持VPN访问。
(1)VPN访问：可访问校内所有已授权资源（等同在校内）。采用统一身份认证方式登录。使用方法如下：直接访问https://vpn.ysu.edu.cn，或访问燕山大学主页，点击页面下方的“远程登录”，使用学校统一身份认证账号和密码登录并依次点击打开图书馆及数据库页面。
4. 文献传递：如果您需要该库中其他我校未购买的文献，请使用文献传递与馆际互借业务（http://ill.calis.edu.cn/reader/index.html?tenant=a000610&auth=true）由图书馆员帮您从其他机构查找。
